The last key is with Wizard Traiborn, located on the second floor of the Wizard Tower, just south of Draynor Village.cheap RuneScape II Gold
Route to the Wizard Tower 

Tell him that you need Sir Prysin's key, and then ask him if he has any keys around. He is totally confused.

He finally remembers a key, but he needs 25 bones to perform a ritual to open the box that it's in.

You can kill the wizards in the tower to collect bones, but a quicker way to obtain them would be to kill chickens. There's a farm east of Draynor Village (blue circle on the map). 

Silverlight KeyYou can give him the bones gradually. In other words, you don't have to give all 25 bones at once. However, it quicker to do it all at once if you are killing chickens for them. When you give him all the bones, a very short mini-cut scene will ensue where he performs the ritual and a wardrobe will rise from the floor. He will take his Silverlight Key out and give it to you. 

Fast Quest Walkthrough

[^] Talk to Captain Rovin, he's in the northeastern tower in Varrock Castle.
[^] Go to the Graveyard of Shadows, Hartwin will be following you. When you get there talk to him.
[^] Search trees and stones until you find a trail that leads to the Chaos Temple; you should also find a key.
[^] Talk to the cape seller and then enter to the trapdoor behind the altar.
[^] Look from the balcony North of you.
[^] Pick up four bottles, kill two zombies and use the bottles on their red mist.
[^] Go through the gate and look from the balcony.
[^] Teleport to Varrock with the given tablet and talk to the captain.
[^] Go to Thurgo's place and receive a paper with coordinates. Mine blurite in the dungeon nearby.
[^] Go to the coordinates place (which is in the northern part of Ice Mountain), dig, and use your pickaxe on the snow.
[^] Talk to the dwarf inside, use the blurite on the furnace, and talk to him again.
[^] Go to the captain again and you'll get the Shield of Arrav.
[^] Talk to Reldo, pick up the notes on the floor, and then read the census.
[^] Talk to the following people: Aeonisig Raispher, Curator Haig Halen, Horvik, and King Roald until one of them tells you that he's/she's adopted.
[^] Talk to Dimintheis in the southeastern, fenced area of Varrock.
[^] Talk to the captain and quest complete!
