Here is a lvl-by-lvl guide of Runescape fire making leveling.

Level 30+

By lvl30 firemaking, you can burn willow logs now, you must have a lvl30 woodcutting skill with it. You will need hundreds of logs to burn up to lvl30. Here I recommand Rimmington as a training place. There are a lot of Willow trees so you will have no problem woodcutting those. Do not switch to yews with this Woodcutting/Firemaking training because yews are slow to woodcut and they are usually infested with bots, which makes woodcutting much harder. It's very important because you need MANY logs need to burn for your leveling. From lvl30 to 45, you need 535 willow logs to burn. From lvl30 to 99, you need to burn 144679!
